Minocycline
Minocycline is the only medication that managed to clear up face considerably. I have been taking it for about 2 months and now my face looks absolutely different than at the beginning of treatment. In addition to that, there were no side effects associated with the drug. I have stopped taking Minocycline about a week ago, just to test if my acne will come back, and I will continue treatment if it is necessary. If you don't believe in acne treatment, try Minocycline and your belief will come back.
I have been suffering from horrible acne all over my face and neck since I turned 12. Our family doctor prescribed me with Minocycline last time I visited him. Now I have been on Minocycline for 4 month and the only question I have is why couldn't he have prescribed the med 9 years ago, when I started asking him to rid me from the nasty acne?! If your doctor is playing same dirty tricks on you, save your time - ask for Minocycline.
This is the only med that cleared up my skin completely. And I have tried many of them - pills, topicals and so on. I haven't seen any bad side effects, just increased sensitivity to the sunlight. But I am not that fond of tan to prefer it to clear skin.
Minocycline has worked very well for me. I have been on it for more than a year now and my skin cleared up extremely fast and still stays clear. Honestly, this is the best product I have ever used. I haven't experienced any side effects whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Minocycline for anyone who has problems with acne. Personally in my case, I couldn't leave my home without putting makeup and still I was constantly feeling embarrassed when people looked at me. So for me minocycline caused extreme changes for the better.
